By virtue of an Entry No.94, dated the 7th of July 1824, I have surveyed forty acres land on a branch of Big Cove Creek in Campbell County for Jacob Queener Snr. Beginning on a white oak on the North side of a small spring branch, running thence South 80 West 107-1/2 poles to a stake South 14 Deg. 20 min. East 106 poles to a stake in his old line, then with his old line North 70 East 54 poles to a stake and black oak pointer North 30 Deg. West 40 poles to a black oak, North 6 Deg. West 32 poles to a Spanish Oak, North 18 East 61-1/2 poles to a hickory and dogwood, North 63 Deg. East 30 poles to a white oak, and thence North 36 West crossing the spring branch at two poles, in all 4 poles to the beginning, as represented by the annexed plat. Surveyed the 6th Aug. 1824.

By virtue of an Entry No.235, dated 26th Dec. 1825, I have surveyed fifty acres in said County on a branch of Cove Creek for Henry Queener. Beginning on a white oak and Spanish oak on the South East side of the North East fork fo the branch that empties into Cove Creek at WIlliam Lindsay's and running thencs South 45 Deg. West 64 poles to hickory, West 25 poles to a stake, East 45 poles to a stake and thence a direct lin to the beginning as represented by the annexed plat.
Surveyed 22nd July 1825.

By virtue of an Entry No.246 dated 2nd Jan 1826, I have surveyed for Henry Queener 80 acres land in said county, on the waters of Cove Creek. Beginning on a black oak and Spanish oak, North five black pointers neat some large rocks on the top of a ridge, running North thence North 70 Deg. East 83 poles to a pine and dogwood and post oak pointers neat a path leading from Joshua Craven to William Lindsay's North 50 Deg. West 180 poles to a stake, South 70 Deg. West 80 poles to a stake, and thence a direct line to the beginning, as represented by the annexed plat. Surveyed 22nd July 1825.
