Frank L. Koranda

Frank L. Koranda, 54, of 10321 Oakley av., died yesterday in St. Bernard hospital after a short illness. He was a chemistry teacher at Fenger High school. He previously had taught at the University of Illinois and Michigan State university. Surviving are his wife, Myrtle, a teacher at Calumet High school; a son, Frank; a daughter, Kathleen; his father, Frank; and two sisters. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Barnabas church, 102d street and Longwood drive.
